Our implementation methodology
1. PROJECT PLANNING
The Planning phase involves creating a comprehensive project plan that includes the schedule, budget, and scope, identifying the requirements phase, assembling and organising the project team, and establishing communication with the client through a kickoff meeting.
2. REQUIREMENT GATHERING
In the Requirements phase, we review scenarios and data through Odoo workshops, creating a prioritised 'backlog list', mapping data and preparing an import file, and ultimately approving the list for development.
3. BUILD
This phase involves preparing and approving the requirement document, configuring and developing the system, performing quality testing, designing user documentation, and developing a Change Management Plan.
4. TESTING
Here we set up a staging environment, provide user training, conduct acceptance tests with necessary adjustments before obtaining sign-off, and develop a deployment plan.
5. DEPLOY
During the Deploy phase, we set up the production environment and import data as necessary.
6. HYPERCARE
We provide four weeks of support and troubleshooting services, ultimately leading to a smooth handover to the Support team before concluding the project with a proper closure process.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to fully outsource ERP implementation to your IT partner and if someone tells you any different, we recommend you to be careful about that advice.
