Job Description
- Analyze client business processes and requirements to design business solutions with detailed requirements. Produce Functional Specification, and UAT plan, and prepare case tests, flowcharts, and diagrams.
- Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go live.
- Internal testing on configuration/development should be conducted before releasing them for UAT.
- Create a user manual and provide training and support to end-users as per the agreement defined.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration.
- Stay updated on Odoo developments and suggest improvements.
- Support the sales team during pre-sales by creating and presenting a demo.
- Prepare presentation slides in English or other specific language if required.
- Prepare MoM in English or other specific language if required.
Requirements
- Third and fourth-year students majoring in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, and Software Engineering from top universities.
- Have good English skills and are confident in communication.
- Are eager to learn and grow in a real-world work environment.
- Possess teamwork abilities, logical thinking, critical thinking.
