Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires by preparing materials, and coordinating documentation and equipment.

Offboarding:

  • Manage the offboarding process.

Work Permit & Visa:

  • Ensure foreign employees meet visa and work permit requirements during hiring.
  • Collaborate with agencies to process the work permit and TRCs.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • ​Calculate and process the payroll, bonus, and other benefits and manage employee attendance.
  • Oversee and stay updated on labor laws to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and manage the personal income tax quarterly and finalization yearly.

Employee Relations/Management:

  • ​Act as a point of contact for employees' inquiries and concerns, addressing them professionally.
  • Manage union-related tasks and labor relations, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Plan and organize employee activities to foster engagement and a positive work environment.
  • Support the performance review process and resolve conflicts effectively.

Administration:

  • ​Handle any reports related to the HR Department. 
  • Manage office needs, vendor coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Support bank payments, documentation, and other administrative tasks as required by departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a global IT consulting or technology company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (Odoo) and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • English is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnam's social insurance, labor laws, and union regulations.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
