Managing a project in its entirety (project committees, budget monitoring, time deadline monitoring, coordination of the various stakeholders)
Analyzing customer requirements and defining business processes
Designing solutions according to the client's requirements
- Write the functional requirements documentation
Manage a backlog of requirements and organize the priorities of Port Cities developers
- Organize and participate in the execution of tests (in the case of a bug: be able to analyze the problem and detail it so that the developers can solve it)
- Write user guides and provide training
Change management: ensuring that the client is happy with their new system/software by guiding them through all stages and training key users
Between 1 -4 years experience as an analyst and/or project manager (information systems)
- Knowledge of corporate finance including a very good understanding of accounting is required
Proficiency in English and French as it will be used on a daily basis
Experience in ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Microsoft, Oracle) is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) is a plus
