Job Description
Human Resources Management
- Supporting Group Senior Human Resources in overseeing and optimizing HR processes across the organization, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with company objectives.
- Serve as a second point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Actively participate in performance management by assisting in the development and implementation of performance evaluation systems. Support Regional HR Leaders in providing feedback and coaching to employees to enhance performance and productivity.
- Supporting the HR division and making sure all processes align with Company standards.
Human Data Management
- Responsible for overseeing the employee records, ensuring that all information is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Manage HR database and information system by overseeing data entry, updates, and system integrations.
- Utilize HR analytics tools to analyze employee data and derive meaningful insights that inform strategic decision-making and HR initiatives. Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in areas such as employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR data management processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and usability. Implement best practices and leverage technology solutions to streamline data management workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources roles with the HR Management software experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets to drive decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and trends. Knowing the ERP industry will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
