Manage existing customer relationships & build new happy ones
Control account receivable and resolve commercial issues.
Create value for our clients.
- Good understanding of global business process.
Manage the delivery of our ERP projects on-time and on-budget.
Control project budget and generate margin.
Manage the resources, in-house, and from our Center of Excellence.
Assist our team on sales meetings & prepare stunning Odoo demo's.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience working on IT related projects as an analyst or consultant.
- Passion for IT & motivation to learn new skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
- Bilingual proficiency ability to speak and write in both Spanish and English.
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace and ERP Software.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build solid relationships with the team, cross-functional colleagues, clients and external partners.
- Outstanding written, communication & presentation skills.
- Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Growth mindset and positive attitude.
- Must be a fast learner and proactive.
- Should be based in Mexico City.
