  Job Descriptions

  • Building and maintaining strong strong, long-lasting customer relationship with new and existing customer.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
  • Present products to prospective clients.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer's dedication.
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibilities to understand their needs.
  • Together with the Manager, create detailed business plans to boost the Sales Account and relationships management with clients including upsell negotiations. 
  • Follow up Account Receivable, and down payments in coordination with the Project Delivery Team. 
  • Managing events initiated by internal as well as external parties.
  • Content writing for different channels.


  • Strong passion for sales and negotiation.
  • Bilingual proficiency ability to speak and write in both Spanish and English.
  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace and CRM software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build solid relationships with the team, cross-functional colleagues, clients and external partners.
  • Outstanding written, communication & presentation skills.
  • Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Growth mindset and positive attitude.
  • Must be a fast learner.
  • Should be based in Mexico City.
