Job Description
Support pre-sales activities with initial requirements discussions, Odoo demos, solution design and project estimation.
- Write functional requirement documents that will detail real-life scenarios, Odoo's core apps, with any configuration, user set-up, data import, system integrations, customization and reporting that may be necessary.
- Coordinate the project, delegate tasks and lead your team.
Manage the time up to go-live and time after with dedication.
Train the users and maintain healthy productive relationships with clients.
Assist with improving our project methodology and knowledge of British industrial practices.
Lead the company's internal Odoo academy which entails training junior staff to become analysts, functional consultants and project managers.
Managing a team of office and field based UK technical resources.
- Support clients through their systems evolution with increasing functionality and migrations to newer versions.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience working on IT related projects as an analyst, consultant or project manager.
The ability and patience to communicate with both high intensity clients and overseas colleagues on a daily basis.
The ability to conduct analysis, create the solution architecture and manage an ERP implementation.
Experience with ERP systems.
A broad understanding of general business processes and the ability to understand new domains, in particular how to make products and deliver field services.
Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in IT, business, economics).
Possess strong interpersonal, crisis avoidance and stress management skills.
Grit and long term commitment.
