Job Description
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with new an existing clients
Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
Present products to prospective clients
Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customers' dedication
Remain in frequent contact with the clients in you responsibility to understand their needs
Together with the Manager, creating detailed business plans to boost the Sales
Account and relationship management with clients including upsell negotiations, follow up AR, and down payments. In coordination with the Project Delivery Team
Managing events initiated by internal as well as external parties
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in Sales & Marketing IT Consultant business industry
Fluent in English [Verbal & Written]
Experience with ERP, CRM, CMS [as a key user, salesperson...] is an advantage
Excellent communication, presentation and writing in English
Having the ability for fast adaptation
Good team player
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
