Job Description
- Analyze client business processes and requirements to design business solutions with detailed requirements. Produce Functional Specification, UAT plan, and prepare case tests, flowcharts, and diagrams.
- Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to Go-live.
- Internal testing on configuration/development should be conducted before releasing them for UAT.
- Create a user manual and provide training and support to end-users as per the agreement defined.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo-related issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration.
- Stay updated on Odoo developments and suggest improvements.
- Support the sales team during pre-sales by creating and presenting a demo.
- Prepare presentation slides in English or other specific language if required.
- Prepare MoM in English or other specific language if required.
- Able to manage and control budget, timeline, and scope of small-medium sized projects.
- Develop and coach your subordinates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Computer Science / Business / Accounting / Management. A master's degree in business management is an advantage.
- Minimum of 1.5+ years of relevant experience in ERP implementation.
- Good communication, presentation, and writing skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP system, including configuration and customization.
- Proven experience as an Odoo Consultant or similar role.
- Odoo certification(s) or equivalent industry certifications.
- Knowledge of other ERP systems and business applications.
- Language Skills: Native/Fluent in Vietnamese is required, while proficiency in English is preferred.
- Work Authorization Requirement: Candidates must have valid work authorization in Vietnam to be considered for this position.
