As an Accounting & Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization. Job Description

General Administration

  • Manage the office supplies​ procurement process.
  • Follow up on emails and other communications as needed.
  • Organize documents both physically and in cloud storage.
  • Perform any other administrative tasks required by management.

Human Resources

  • Collect and analyze employee data.
  • Source potential candidates for open positions.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviews, and other related tasks assigned by management.
  • Prepare employment contracts and other employee-related documentation.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and send reminders and communications when necessary.

Accounting

  • Actively follow up on accounts receivable.
  • Assist with payments and serve as the main point of contact with our bank.
  • Communicate information to accountants in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Take on additional tasks depending on the candidate’s profile and skills.
  • Manage and control petty cash.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to multitask.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Motivation to learn and work efficiently.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and digital systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build solid relationships with team members, colleagues from other departments, clients, and external partners.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management skills and a problem-solving attitude.
  • Professionalism and a proactive mindset.
  • English proficiency (spoken and written) is an advantage.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Must reside in Mexico City.
