Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Follow-up on inbound and outbound leads, qualify leads, and organize meetings with the consulting team to support the sales process.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with new acquisitions, focusing on solution-based sales to create added value in custom software implementations.
  • Account Management: Manage relationships with existing clients, including upsell negotiations, account receivable follow-up, and credit management, in coordination with the project delivery team.
  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with the management team to plan and develop strategic goals for business growth, shape the business model, and execute accordingly.
  • Sales Process Leadership: Lead the sales process for ERP system Odoo implementations, gather customer requirements, present Portcities' services, and actively participate in tendering opportunities.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare proposals and quotations for customers, ensuring alignment with their needs and Portcities' capabilities.
  • Networking and Lead Generation: Network to generate new leads and opportunities, contributing to the development of a robust sales pipeline.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Event Management: Manage internal and third-party online and offline events to promote Portcities' services and generate leads.
  • Content Localization: Assist in localizing the marketing content to the country's local language to enhance market presence.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in solution-based sales, business development, or pre-sales, with a focus on ERP system implementation or software development/implementation.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships with internal teams, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners.
  • Communication and Presentation: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and solutions to clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Master in the art of asking the right questions to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Adaptability: A fast learner who can quickly adapt to changing environments and technologies.
  • Software Experience: Experience with ERP, CRM, CMS (as a key user, salesperson, etc.) is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Native/Fluent in English is required, while proficiency in French is preferred.
  • Work Authorization Requirement: Candidates must have valid work authorization in France/Europe to be considered for this position.
